1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CyberLeadsHQ website at cyberleadshq.com (the "Site") and our B2B lead generation services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and CyberLeadsHQ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Services

CyberLeadsHQ provides B2B lead generation services specifically for the cybersecurity industry. Our Services include:

• Delivery of verified business contact information for CISOs and security executives
• Outreach campaigns on behalf of clients to generate qualified meetings
• Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) depending on service tier
• Dedicated account management for Enterprise and Corporate tier clients
• Campaign reporting and analytics

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans, each with specific deliverables as described on our pricing page:

• Starter Plan: Entry-level lead generation package
• Growth Plan: Mid-tier package with multi-channel outreach
• Enterprise Plan: Premium package with dedicated account manager
• Corporate Plan: Custom enterprise solution with white-glove service

3.2 Pilot Pricing

Pilot pricing offers a 50% discount on the first month of service. Pilot pricing is subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. After the pilot period, standard pricing applies unless you cancel.

3.3 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 No Contracts

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4.2 How to Cancel

To cancel, email us at marcus@cyberleadshq.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4.3 Refunds

If we fail to deliver the minimum number of qualified meetings specified in your plan during any billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for undelivered meetings. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing period end date.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your ideal customer profile (ICP) and target market
• Respond to booked meetings in a timely manner
• Not use the leads or contact data for illegal purposes, including spam or harassment
• Not resell, redistribute, or share the lead data with third parties without our written consent
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding email communications and data privacy (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable)
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality to help us optimize campaigns

6. Data Accuracy and Lead Quality

6.1 Verification

All contacts in our database are verified within the past 90 days for accuracy including job title, company, and email deliverability. Despite our best efforts, business contact information can change without notice.

6.2 Replacements

If a delivered contact is found to be inaccurate (bounced email, no longer in role, wrong company), we will replace it at no additional cost. Report inaccuracies within 30 days of delivery.

6.3 Qualified Meetings

A "qualified meeting" is defined as a scheduled call or meeting with a contact who matches your agreed-upon ICP, is a decision-maker or influencer in cybersecurity purchasing, and has confirmed attendance. No-shows by the prospect that are rescheduled within 7 days still count as qualified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CyberLeadsHQ and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their company information and materials provided to us for campaign purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to: business strategies, client lists, pricing information, campaign data, and performance metrics. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CyberLeadsHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific sales results, conversion rates, or revenue from the use of our Services. Meeting-to-deal conversion rates referenced on our Site are historical averages and not guarantees.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberLeadsHQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your use of the lead data in violation of applicable laws.

11. Anti-Spam Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable email and communications laws when using leads provided by CyberLeadsHQ. This includes:

• Including a valid physical mailing address in all commercial emails
• Providing a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
• Honoring opt-out requests within 10 business days
• Not using deceptive subject lines or false header information

Violation of anti-spam laws using our data may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of our Services for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, you must cease all use of lead data provided by us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our Site. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
